About this website
My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

If you contact me via a contact form on my website or sign up to my mail list then the only information I ask for is first and last name and email address. This is so I can respond to your enquiry by email or send you our newsletter.
I do not collect any special types of information or location based information.

I store the information from a contact form enquiry within my email system and on the emails I have communicated with you. This contact information is only accessible by me and it will only be used to contact you with regard to an enquiry.

You can email me to notify me that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter by using this email address maggiesawneyjewellery@gmail.com and putting “Unsubscribe from Newsletter” in the email subject.

Orders

When you place an order I will need your name, address, email address and phone number so that I can process your order, contact you with any updates or queries if needed and to send your order.

I will only use your information to process your order. Order information will be required for accounts and tax purposes and so I have a legal requirement to keep this for 7 years. After this time you can request that the information is deleted.
Payments
I can accept payments by direct bank transfer, in which case I will email you the account details.
If you are able to collect from me in person, I can accept card payments (or cash!)
Unfortunately, due to high service charges, I am no longer able to take payments through the website.

I cannot take card payments over the phone so I will never ask for your card details.
Your rights

If at any point you believe the information I possess on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
